  1. What is your return and exchange policy?

    Midnight Fortuna's online store will accept merchandise received within 15 (fifteen) days from the original date of purchase for return or exchange.Eligible items requesting to be returned must be in their original unworn condition & packaging.The customer must obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) online before the merchandise is mailed back to us. Customer can select an exchange, request store credit, or a refund when obtaining the RA#.

  2. What is original packaging?

    - Original tags

    - Insert cards

    - Vinyl hanging snap bags with photo insert

    - Bar code identification

    - Sticker labels

    - Boxes / Cartons

    - Plastic packaging

  3. What items are not eligible to be returned?

    - Panties*

    - Stocking, body stocking, body appliques, and pantyhose.

    - Items with tags removed.

    - Items that have been laundered.

    - Items that have been worn

    - Items that smell of cigarette smoke, body odor or perfume.

    - Items that have human & animal/pet hair on them.

    - Items that are soiled or stained.

    - Items not returned in original packaging.

    - Sale or Clearance Items; This means you cannot return a clearance item due to dislike, quality, sizing, or color. It is a final Sale.

    Please note The above items that are not eligible for returns and will be returned back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

    * Due to federal laws and for the health of our customers and staff, we are unable to issue refunds on opened panties or items that cover the crotch.

  4. What if the items I order includes a g-string, thong, pantie and/or stockings?

    Please do not try the intimate part of the items on. We cannot accept the primary item back if the accessory items such as pantie or stockings have been tried on.

  5. How do I get reimbursed for my returned merchandise?

    The merchandise is refunded to the credit card used to make the transaction or a store credit is issued. The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds and store credit are for merchandise only.

  6. Do I have to pay for the shipping cost for the new exchanged?

    No, we will ship your newly exchanged item free of charge. The items will be shipped flat rate (2 –5 business days). If you are in need of expedited shipping the customer will have to pay for additional shipping charges for the upgraded.

  7. What if my order is received incomplete?

    Contact customer service immediately with your Order # and SKU#. Check to make sure the missing item was included on your packing slip. Our customer service team will be happy to resolve the situation ASAP. Contact us at: [email protected]

  1. How can people see my website?

    Once created and published it will be available 24/7 to anyone that has access to the Internet. This means your business will be available all day long, all year long.

     

  2. Do I control my web store?

    Yes, we only create it for you based on your needs, so all you need to do is send us detailed information of your on-line products: Pictures with your item number, prices and detailed written information of the product so that we can link it to your product. You are always in charge of your own inventory, prices, and revenue.

  3. How many products can I have?

  4. Can I change my product once its been published?

    Yes, you can always update your store and change your listings. When we create your website for the very first time, we do not charge any additional fees for uploading your web store, once its out there if your decide to upgrade or change any products a maintenance fee will apply.

  5. How many times can I update and change the template, pictures and designs of my web site?

    Since we don't charge any monthly fees, which is a big difference between us and our competitors, we will only charge a fee when you decide to change or update the template, design, or logo of your companies web site.   6. After I make my initial payment are there any other fees?

    Once you purchase your package and pay the initial fee there are no monthly charges. After the initial payment there is only the yearly $348.99 fee to keep your domain active and scheduled maintenance. This fee will be assessed precisely one year after your initial subscription with us and will be continuous for as long as your website is active.

Photoshoot and Modeling

  1. What is the best outfit for my session?

    It all depends on what kind of pictures you want. If it’s a glamour photo shoot, contemporary, fashionable, and seasonal outfits are the best choice. If you choose to have a lingerie photoshoot we recommend Midnight Fortuna's Sexy Lingerie available here. When doing a nude, semi-nude or fully nude session, we recommend that you bring a comfortable bathrobe with you.

  2. Is there privacy during the Photoshoot?

    Yes, it is our main concern. That's why we plan ahead and help you choose the best location, whether you choose outdoors or indoors, or our studio location. Some locations may incur additional fees, feel free to ask!

  3. Makeup and hairstyle:

    We offer makeup and hairstyle services at a additional fee, make sure to let us know at least a week before the session to make proper arrangements, or if you can do it yourself that is ok too.

  4. Can I bring an escort to my session?

    Yes, you’re welcome to have an escort with you at all times.

  5. How long does it take for me to get my pictures done?

    Art takes time; we strive for the best quality in our results. Usually it will take up to seven to ten business days to have your portfolio done. We have expedited services at an additional cost.

  6. How many pictures do I get for my portfolio?

    You will get up to 12 fully enhanced and finished pictures; any additional picture is 29.99 plus tax per pic.

  7. Do I get to choose what pictures that I want to be in my portfolio?

    Yes, we will work with you to make sure you get what you want, our professional team will also make suggestions on what will work best for your final portfolio.

  8. Is there any fee for my behind the scenes pictures?

    No, there is no fee, but be sure to ask about them, it will take from 10 to 15 business days to be delivered.

  9. Do you share my information?

    No, we do not share your information to any one. For details please read our privacy statement, we suggest for you to come up with a stage name to protect your own privacy, but that is just a suggestion.

  10. Can you build my own website?

    Yes, we understand the modeling business and know that just having a social network account won't make a very positive impression on any modeling agency, that’s why we can offer you an amazing opportunity to own your website with your name on it. That way you can excel in your modeling career. Imagine yourself the having the most amazing website with your name on it? We can make it happen. Our comprehensive prices start at $999, and will include your home page, about me page, complete high definition picture portfolio, video storage, and social media links to promote yourself.   11. Can I use pictures from a different studio or photographer?

    Yes, as long as you withhold* the copyrights of that material your are welcome to send it to us so that we can publish it. (Since we didn't produce that material we cannot guarantee the quality of it).

    *Proper documentation is required.
